About the position

The HR Specialist position will provide HR generalist support to the NA Manufacturing by assisting in the creation and coordination of various HR programs, processes, and initiatives. This role supports Human Resources Teams in key areas such as Employee Relations, Compensation, succession planning, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and analytics. The HR Specialist will also serve as an HR resource to business partners and associates across the Manufacturing footprint, performing administrative functions to ensure the accuracy of the HR system.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze key HR Performance Metrics, looking for actionable trends.
  • Create relevant regular reports and recommendations for organizational intervention based on performance indicators.
  • Administer HR programs and processes across Manufacturing, including MLDP programs, Anniversary/Stay and exit interviews, Performance Development Process, and Calibration.
  • Assess the workforce through approved mechanisms and review engagement trends, making recommendations to improve overall manufacturing culture and engagement.
  • Maintain headcount reports for Manufacturing at Regional & Plant level and manage approved position descriptions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • PHR Certification desired.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation administration, succession planning, and employee relations.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state employment laws.
