About the position

The Human Resources Supervisor - Compensation oversees the Classification and Compensation Unit at DOTD, managing HR Specialists who analyze position descriptions and pay-related matters. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders and a strong understanding of Civil Service Rules and DOTD policies.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Classification and Compensation HR Specialists.
  • Review and analyze position descriptions and discretionary pay-related matters.
  • Research and recommend pay actions for assigned Offices, Districts, and Sections.
  • Prepare HR position papers for the Undersecretary and the Standing Committee on Human Resources (SCHR).
  • Collaborate with the DOTD Undersecretary, Executive Staff, and Appointing Authorities.

Requirements
