About the position

The Human Resources Supervisor at Prime Healthcare is responsible for administering and coordinating various human resources programs, with a focus on employment and employee relations matters. Responsibilities

  • Administer and coordinate human resources programs such as compensation and benefits.
  • Emphasize employment and employee relations matters involving employees up through the middle management level.
  • Communicate and interpret company human resources policies and procedures for managers and employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or at least 5 years of relevant experience required.
  • PHR, SPHR or relevant human resources certifications or advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with the labor market for recruitment and understanding of accreditation standards.
  • Knowledge of state and federal wage and hour laws.
  • Strong initiative, sound judgement, and appropriate action when necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate PC skills to format reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and general work processing.
