The Human Resources Support position at Rose International is a temporary role designed to deliver HR services and enhance organizational performance through effective collaboration with individuals and managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of HR practices across the employee lifecycle, ensuring that HR delivery aligns with the needs of the business. This role requires a proactive approach to resolving Employee Relations (ER) issues, where the HR specialist will partner with business managers to assess risks and take appropriate actions. The position also involves working closely with Human Resource Advisors (HRAs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to prioritize HR initiatives and ensure the effective delivery of HR solutions to client populations. In this role, the HR specialist will be expected to handle escalated client and employee issues with urgency, ensuring that employment policies and practices are interpreted consistently. The ability to resolve complex HR issues, often in collaboration with managers, is crucial. The HR specialist will also assist with larger or more challenging employee populations and participate in cross-projects, demonstrating a capacity to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. Independence of judgment and autonomy are essential traits for this position, as the specialist will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and team members. Moreover, the HR specialist will be responsible for assessing risks associated with business decisions, particularly in relation to the firm's reputation and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This includes adhering to company policies and applying sound judgment regarding personal conduct and business practices.
