About the position

The position involves supporting the talent acquisition process and managing various HR functions, including employee onboarding, event planning, and maintaining HR records. The role is essential for ensuring a smooth hiring process and fostering a positive work environment through employee recognition and support.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with Talent Sourcing, including creating job requisitions, placing job ads, interviewing, and managing the candidate process.
  • Coordinates new employee orientations.
  • Provides guidance and direction to associates in a timely and effective manner.
  • Responsible for creating and coordinating paperwork for new hires, transfers, rehires, and terminations.
  • Maintains tuition and certification reimbursement.
  • Produces annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly reports as necessary.
  • Plans and coordinates employee events, Employee Recognition, Service Award Program, and Charity.
  • Establishes and organizes the maintenance of department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality, and performs audits as needed.
  • Works with Corporate and Segment HR personnel on various information requests.
  • Performs other related responsibilities as may be assigned or required.
  • Logs performance reviews.
  • Coordinates work with external recruiting firms.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in producing reports and managing HR records.
  • Experience in coordinating employee events and recognition programs.
