About the position

The Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the Lake City HR team, ensuring the efficient operation of talent acquisition processes. This role is critical in managing job postings, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records in both electronic and paper formats. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Key responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and the interview team, which may involve arranging travel if necessary. The assistant will also maintain candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and compliant with company policies. Additionally, the role involves assisting with onboarding activities for new hires, which includes preparing offer letters and collecting necessary documentation. General office management support is also a part of the job, contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR department.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and interview team, including arranging travel if necessary.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of related HR experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Applicant Tracking System or HRIS system experience preferred.
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Professional communication skills, highly organized, and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
