About the position

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support recruitment efforts by collaborating with Recruiters, HR Business Partners, and the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team to meet the hiring needs of both corporate and field positions. This internship provides hands-on experience in the recruitment process, contributing to the company's growth by delivering top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Employment team to manage full cycle recruiting: conducting intake, screening, and selecting candidates for various corporate and field positions.
  • Engage with applicants to discuss job requirements and qualifications, ensuring consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate on initiatives to enhance the employer brand and improve the candidate experience.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of 2025 internship events.

Requirements

  • Working toward a bachelor's degree as a rising senior or graduating senior.
  • Coursework and/or work experience in Human Resources is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong follow-up skills.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to balance and adapt to new assignments and deadlines.
  • Professional and charismatic presence; ability to make a positive first impression in all forms of communicative engagements.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated creative thinker.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
