About the position
The HR Talent Acquisition Specialist at McClure Engineering is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, enhancing employer branding, and developing onboarding programs. Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent.
- Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires.
- Enhance the company's employer brand through social media and job boards.
- Participate in and lead various HR projects aimed at improving HR processes.
- Develop and implement strategic workforce plans aligned with company goals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with external recruitment vendors to optimize hiring processes.
- Attend career fairs and networking events to attract potential candidates.
- Establish relationships with local associations and educational institutes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, including recruiting and onboarding.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems, with experience in Paylocity being a bonus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
