About the position

The HR Talent Acquisition Specialist at McClure Engineering is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, enhancing employer branding, and developing onboarding programs. Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Enhance the company's employer brand through social media and job boards.
  • Participate in and lead various HR projects aimed at improving HR processes.
  • Develop and implement strategic workforce plans aligned with company goals.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with external recruitment vendors to optimize hiring processes.
  • Attend career fairs and networking events to attract potential candidates.
  • Establish relationships with local associations and educational institutes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, including recruiting and onboarding.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems, with experience in Paylocity being a bonus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
