We are inviting applications for the role of Human Resources / Talent Acquisition based in Hartford, Connecticut. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and is primarily remote, with the requirement of travel to Wallingford, CT every other Monday. As a Human Resources / Talent Acquisition professional, you will be instrumental in coordinating recruitment efforts and managing talent acquisition processes. You will play a key role in ensuring that our recruitment activities align with the company's strategic goals and that we attract the best talent available in the market. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities and participating in talent acquisition processes. This includes assisting in the setup and breakdown of orientation sessions in Wallingford as needed, ensuring the efficient processing and resolution of HR-related inquiries, and managing HR administration tasks to maintain accurate records and documentation. Your role will also involve traveling to Wallingford, CT every other Monday to assist with on-site HR activities, utilizing your skills in Human Resources (HR) Administration and Talent Acquisition to carry out your duties effectively. You will assist in the implementation of HR strategies that align with business goals, facilitate communication between job applicants, HR management, and hiring managers, and participate in the organization and execution of company events and schedules. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines, making sure that all HR practices are in line with legal requirements and best practices.
