Responsibilities

• Provide written and oral investigation status updates to parties and staff.
• Analyze evidence and recommend findings in case analysis memorandums.
• Engage in public outreach programs, including public speaking and training.
• Manage an ongoing caseload with minimal supervision and close cases in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Prior law enforcement or civil investigation experience.
• Knowledge of Alaska Human Rights law and Federal Civil Rights law.
• Skill in effective written and oral communication.
• Ability to analyze evidence and conduct fair investigations.

Nice-to-haves

• Expert level knowledge of Alaska Human Rights law and U.S. Civil Rights law.
