About The Position
The Human Services Coordinator II (HSC II) position at the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) is a full-time role focused on providing supervision and support to Human Service Coordinators and other staff within the Berkshire Area Office. The HSC II plays a critical role in fostering collaborative partnerships with individuals, families, and various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with policies, and monitoring Individual Service Plans. This position involves planning, prioritizing, and coordinating work, as well as engaging in problem-solving to address health, safety, and risk concerns.
