As a Program Manager at Pathlight, you will oversee the operations of a residential group home supporting adults with disabilities. Responsibilities

• Oversee all functions of a residential group home operation.
• Provide direct care, case management, and social work services.
• Supervise direct support professionals to ensure achievement of individual and program goals.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to create opportunities for individuals to engage within their communities.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• 3-5 years of previous experience in the Human Services field, working with adults with disabilities.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• CPR/First Aid and MAP certification.
• Leadership/supervisory experience required.
