About the position

In this role, you will conduct human factors engineering analyses and evaluations to optimize user interfaces and improve overall system performance. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that human factors are integrated into the design and development process. Your responsibilities will also include developing and implementing usability testing protocols to gather user feedback and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will create detailed documentation and reports outlining your findings, recommendations, and best practices. Staying current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in human systems integration will be essential to your success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct human factors engineering analyses and evaluations to optimize user interfaces and improve overall system performance.

Requirements

• BS in an engineering discipline or BS in physical science, engineering, or mathematics required.
• 6 years in Government related Research and Development (R&D), Test and Evaluation (T&E), and systems acquisition programs.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in human systems integration or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
