About the position

The Hunting Sales Associate position at Sportsman's Warehouse is a part-time role focused on delivering exceptional customer service in the hunting department. The associate is responsible for maintaining a friendly environment, ensuring product knowledge, and adhering to ATF standards for firearm transactions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding customer service by greeting and acknowledging every customer.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department.
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of form 4473 and ensure accuracy in its completion.
• Ensure security of the hunting department, including the gun counter and firearm rooms.
• Communicate customer requests to management.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management, which may include assisting in other departments.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to work closely with customers and co-workers is required.
• A high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma is recommended.
• Sales training provided by Sportsman's Warehouse is required.
