Responsibilities

  • Complete service requests involving HVAC repair and maintenance.

  • Perform light drywall repairs as required.
  • Lift and move items weighing 40-50 lbs.

Requirements

  • HVAC / EPA certification required.
  • Six months of onsite apartment or hotel/hospitality maintenance experience preferred.
  • Must own a set of basic hand tools.
  • Dependable transportation to and from work is necessary.
  • Strong work ethic with reliability and dependability is essential.
  • Ability to work well with others and take direction when needed.
  • Maintain a friendly and customer service-oriented approach.
