The HVAC Commercial Service Technician is responsible for servicing and troubleshooting various commercial HVAC equipment, including air cooled chillers, boilers, cooling towers, DX equipment, pumps, and hydronic system components. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of commercial service experience and offers negotiable compensation based on experience. The position is full-time and involves working on-site at multiple locations in Burlington, NC.
Responsibilities
- Service and troubleshoot air cooled chillers, boilers, cooling towers, DX equipment, pumps, and hydronic system components.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on all types of commercial HVAC equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of service and repairs performed.
- Respond to on-call service requests as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of commercial service and technician experience.
- North Carolina Driver's License and good driving record required.
- EPA Certification preferred or ability to get certified.
Nice-to-haves
