About the position

The HVAC Customer Service Representative position at Staffing Service USA is a full-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service in a call center environment. The representative will handle customer inquiries through calls, texts, and emails, ensuring a professional and friendly interaction. This position offers a hybrid/remote work schedule after training, allowing for flexibility in work location while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer calls, texts, and emails with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Log all call information into the computer system.
  • Process customer payments.
  • Follow up calls/emails with customers.
  • Communicate with different departments to ensure that the customers' needs are being met.
  • Work an on-call rotation that consists of some evening and weekend remote work.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience working in a call center or customer service role with heavy call volume.
  • Ability to work independently and also as a member of a team.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Customer-service oriented with a friendly and warm demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong data entry and typing skills.
