• Ability to follow directions and work well with others.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in HVAC or a related field is helpful but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC technicians during installation and service jobs.
• Transport tools, materials, and components to and from the work area.
• Lift or hold parts while mechanics fit and align them into position.
• Bolt and unbolt parts using hand tools.
• Cut and thread pipe to specified lengths as needed.
• Insulate cabinets and systems as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, tools, and equipment.
• Perform routine duties and more complex tasks as experience increases.
