Responsibilities

• Work side-by-side with experienced technicians and installers.
• Receive hands-on training in residential and light commercial HVAC service, repair, and installation.
• Assist with parts, tools, delivery, and installation at job sites.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ensure HVAC systems are compliant with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with ductwork or installation lead.
• Clean driving record and background check.
• Positive and friendly personality.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• EPA Type II certification (preferred).
• Driver's License with no points (required).

• Any HVAC experience is a plus to your starting hourly rate.
