About the position

Lee Company is seeking skilled Commercial HVAC Technicians to join their team in Middle Tennessee. The role involves providing exceptional service in the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of various commercial HVAC equipment. Opportunities are available in Maintenance, Service, or Install, with both site-based and truck-based positions offered. Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment including boilers, chillers, and refrigeration systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service during all service calls and installations.
• Work with various types of commercial HVAC systems ranging from 1-25 tons and 25-80 tons, including DOAS and VRF equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during all HVAC operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician or similar role.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment, including installation and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems effectively.
• Valid trade license and certifications as required.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with commercial refrigeration and cooling towers.
• Familiarity with water source equipment and VRF systems.
