This role involves replacing and installing HVAC systems in various locations, ensuring outstanding customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Replace and install HVAC systems in garages, rooftops, attics, and homes.
• Provide the customer with needed information about the install.
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience for every customer!
• Track jobs and invoicing using tablets and smartphones.

Requirements

• Experience as an HVAC Installer with a Journeyman License required.
• Great customer service skills.
• Neat and clean appearance.
• Self-starter that is self-motivated.
• Able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Clean driving record.
• Dependable with great communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and eager to work.
• Hardworking and willing to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver heavier items with assistance.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in HVAC for at least 3 years preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
