Anytime Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking experienced HVAC Installers to join their growing team in Atlanta, GA. The role involves performing HVAC installations with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, while also mentoring helpers in the process.
Responsibilities
- Reliably and consistently be ready to go each day, giving your best to each and every installation and customer.
- Take the time and attention to detail to perform a complete and accurate installation.
- Explain to each customer before beginning and upon completion what is going to occur going forward, including how to operate the system and the importance of regular maintenance.
- Be prompt to each appointment, and communicate if otherwise.
- Ask for assistance when needed and treat others with respect.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' residential installation experience.
- License/Certification: EPA Type II (Required).
- Capable of installing gas split systems.
- Proficient at installing heat pump split systems.
- Clean driving record and background examination.
- Must have all personal tools; company provides large tools and vehicle.
