About the position

Scott Brothers Heating and Air is seeking a Residential HVAC Installer with experience in Residential Retrofit/Changeouts. As a Trane factory authorized dealer, we provide paid training for industry certifications. Responsibilities

• Install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards
• Perform residential retrofit/changeout installs
• Install refrigerant pipes, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, etc.
• Troubleshoot installations
• Provide customers with a high-quality experience
• Supervise the work of other installers and teach proper procedures
• Consult with customers and provide beneficial solutions
• Ensure jobs are completed in a timely manner

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 3+ years of residential HVAC experience
• Lead install experience desired
• EPA Universal Certificate
• NATE Certifications or ability to obtain during employment
• Proficient in installing refrigeration pipes
• Proficient in HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
• Able to train and supervise others
• General knowledge of HVAC low voltage systems
• High school diploma or its equivalent

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with computerized dispatch technology
• Familiarity with Trane products
