About the position

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC/R systems and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The HVAC Installer will ensure that all installations meet industry standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems (split systems and package units).
• Have installations done within a timely manner.
• Clean work area as if we were never there.
• Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently and safely.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations during all installation processes.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns regarding their HVAC systems.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
• Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools and equipment to job sites.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HVAC/R installation or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC Install Service knowledge is also a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a van driver is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry advancements.
