About the position

The HVAC Maintenance Manager at Trulieve is responsible for overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance operations of the company's processing and cultivation facilities. This role ensures that all facilities are operational and adequately support the company's business operations and rapid growth. The manager will develop maintenance procedures, supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance procedures (SOPs and SWIs) and ensure implementation
• Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
• Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
• Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (technicians/vendors etc.)
• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
• Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
• Ensure health and safety policies are complied with

Requirements

• Proven experience as maintenance manager or other related managerial role
• Experience in planning maintenance operations
• Solid understanding of technical aspects of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems etc.
• Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
• Ability to keep track of and report on activity
• High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of trades experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
• Possession of a current EPA Universal Refrigerant Recovery Certification
• Has completed formal HVAC training either through an academic program or apprenticeship
• Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to work in the US
• Must be able to pass a background screening
