About the position

The HVAC Mechanic position involves providing operations and mechanical maintenance support for large commercial heating and air conditioning systems in the Rutland, VT area. The role requires a skilled technician with extensive experience in HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability of various equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, hot water heating systems, domestic water plumbing systems, air handlers, and VAV components.
• Operate and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Support contract operations and maintenance activities in the Rutland, VT area.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Universal EPA or CFC certification is required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience working on large commercial heating and air conditioning equipment.
• General maintenance knowledge of HVAC systems.

Nice-to-haves

• Technical training in HVAC is highly desired.

Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $40.00 per hour.
