Strategic planning is essential; you will prepare meticulously for each sales call to ensure a proactive approach and stellar execution. Prompt customer service is also a priority, as you will respond swiftly and comprehensively to inquiries, delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint. Your involvement in the industry will extend beyond sales; you will actively participate in local HVACR and LP Gas associations, committees, and events, further establishing your presence in the field. Upholding the highest ethical standards is crucial, and you will embody integrity and professionalism in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets, gross profit goals, and assigned objectives.
  • Forge strong bonds with customers by offering unparalleled representation and assistance.
  • Prepare meticulously for each sales call, ensuring a proactive approach and stellar execution.
  • Respond swiftly and comprehensively to customer inquiries, delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in HVAC or related fields.
  • Familiarity with HVAC and supplies is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrate organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to thrive independently and as a collaborative team player.
