About the position

The HVAC Project Manager position is a critical role within a well-respected mechanical contracting company located in Bristol, Tennessee. The company is experiencing growth and seeks an experienced professional to manage HVAC projects, particularly in the commercial sector, with project sizes ranging from $5 to $10 million. The ideal candidate will possess a CMC-C license and have a strong background in project management, particularly in MEP/HVAC and construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Oversee project budgeting and financial management to ensure profitability.
• Resolve team management issues promptly and effectively.
• Communicate effectively with clients and staff, providing coaching and leadership as needed.
• Organize project tasks and prioritize conflicting priorities to meet deadlines.
• Ensure timely completion of commitments and project milestones.

Requirements

• 10+ years of MEP/HVAC and construction project management experience.
• Proven experience managing commercial projects valued between $5-10 million.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing project teams.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
