Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- Attend monthly safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Be available for on-call duty as required.
- Participate in in-house training and manufacturer trainings.
- Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Certification from college or technical school in HVAC or Refrigeration.
- Minimum of 1-year service technician experience.
- EPA certified or ability to attain certification within 90 days of hire.
- Good driving record with a clear background check and drug screen.
- Ability to work as a team player with quality craftsmanship and a good attitude.
