We are currently looking for skilled HVAC Technicians who can troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems. This position offers year-round full-time work with the potential for high earnings, as top performers can earn over $100,000 annually. Our HVAC Technicians will enjoy a supportive work environment with no on-call or overnight shifts, and flexible scheduling options available at most locations. Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in paid orientation and training programs.
- Maintain a fully stocked company vehicle and ensure proper use of tools and equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during service calls.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Requirements
- Three plus years of experience in residential HVAC troubleshooting, sales, service, and repair.
- EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal) is a must for all technicians.
- Maryland HVAC Journeyman or Master certification required.
- Willingness to work late hours and weekends when needed.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screens, driving record checks, and background checks.
