The HVAC Service Technician role involves repairing and maintaining various HVAC systems, ensuring optimal functionality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Skillfully repair a variety of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and control systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance procedures on residential HVAC systems.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, delivering exceptional service.
• Keep communication clear and consistent with dispatch and team members.
• Utilize troubleshooting skills to identify and rectify issues with HVAC components.
• Keep company trucks and inventory updated for maximum efficiency.
• Provide customers with information on finance options and maintenance plans.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in residential HVAC systems is preferred but not required.
• Possess valid EPA certification; OSHA or NATE certifications are a plus.
• Service Titan experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must.
• Ability to work in various settings and participate in on-call rotations with a positive attitude.
• Physically capable of lifting to 50+ pounds and working in challenging environments.
• Maintain a clean driving record and successfully pass a background check.
