About the position
The HVAC Service Technician at Energy Stars Heating & Cooling Co. is responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment, ensuring high customer satisfaction and maintaining operational efficiency. The role emphasizes teamwork, community involvement, and employee growth, offering a flexible work schedule without on-call duties.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by answering any questions, concerns, or issues that the client may have.
- Diagnose any problems with HVAC equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance.
- Run service calls - repair and/or replace parts on equipment.
- Document every call/job in an organized and detailed manner.
Requirements
- Valid driver license and clean driving record
- EPA Certification
- Trade School Certification
- Able to work flexible hours
- Able to lift heavy equipment
- HVAC: 2 years experience
- EPA Universal Certification
Nice-to-haves
- St. Louis County Journeyman HVAC License (preferred)
