About the position

The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repair work on various building systems, including HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, within a designated geographic area. The role requires hands-on skills to ensure properties are maintained in peak operational condition while adhering to JLL standards and guidelines. The technician will also identify energy-saving opportunities and work independently with minimal supervision, contributing to the overall maintenance and operation of commercial properties.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance and repair service work on HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and various other building systems.
  • Identify energy savings opportunities at facilities, including system and operational changes to decrease energy consumption.
  • Plan work assignments independently and perform duties with minimal direct supervision.
  • Assist in other trades and in the general maintenance and operation of buildings and grounds.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial HVAC service and repairs or 5 years military experience that includes work on HVAC systems.
  • High school graduate or GED.
  • Universal CFC certification required.
  • State of Oklahoma Mechanical License #ZJLL.
