About the position

The HVAC / Service Technician position at All Temperatures Controlled Inc. is designed for experienced technicians who are skilled in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC/R systems. The role involves maintaining various types of HVAC equipment and requires a commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction. Technicians will work in a dynamic environment, traveling to different customer locations and being part of a rotating emergency on-call cycle.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC/R materials and equipment.
• Maintaining HVAC/R equipment including heat pumps, gas electric units, package units, split systems, and mini-splits.
• Cleaning and maintaining water source heat pumps.
• Assisting in preparing material lists and estimating job costs.
• Preparing jobs and maintaining an inventory of supplies and tools for assigned trucks/projects.
• Using personal industry-specific tools for service tasks.
• Participating in a rotating 24-hour emergency on-call cycle with other technicians.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC/R service.
• Valid Clean DMV record.
• EPA Universal certification.
• NATE certification is a plus.
• Personal industry-specific tools.
