About the position
The HVAC Service Technician role involves installing, servicing, and maintaining heating and cooling systems in residential and light commercial settings. The position is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service and technical expertise. The technician will work independently and is expected to handle various tasks related to HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning units.
Responsibilities
- Install, service, and maintain electric and gas furnaces
- Set heat pumps and solder line sets
- Trim out new construction homes and install thermostats
- Handle residential and light commercial service calls
- Install, service, and maintain heat pumps and air conditioning systems
- Install, service, and maintain ductless heat pump systems
Requirements
- 06a certified or trainee card
- Motivated, punctual, and prideful
- Ability to work with little guidance
- Ability to lift 50 - 75 lbs
- Clean driving record
