About the position

The Residential Service Technician position at Interstate Heating and Air Conditioning involves performing service and maintenance calls primarily for residential properties, with some commercial work. The role requires a licensed HVAC Journeyman with at least three years of experience, and familiarity with on-call rotations is preferred. The technician will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Perform service calls and maintenance for residential HVAC systems.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service requests.
• Utilize Service Titan Software for service management (preferred but not required).
• Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to safety protocols during service calls.

Requirements

• Current Oklahoma Journeyman's License in HVAC.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a service technician.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
