HVAC Superintendent, SM Mechanics, and Apprentices

About the position

Apex Plumbing and Heating, Inc. is seeking HVAC Superintendents, SM Mechanics, and Apprentices to work on commercial projects in the Raleigh-Durham-Fayetteville areas. This role involves working on commercial renovations, expansions, and new construction, with opportunities for long-term employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC installations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Manage ductwork and equipment installations.
• Coordinate hydronic piping tasks.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings for project execution.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HVAC or related field.
• OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus.
• Experience with ductwork and equipment installations.
• Knowledge of hydronic piping systems.
• NC Community College Certificate is a plus.
• Experience with commercial projects.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong communication skills.
