About the position

The Systems Technician (Non-Licensed) will be part of the Commissioning team at a leading HVAC systems provider, responsible for supporting various projects through system commissioning and troubleshooting. The role requires technical aptitude, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned system commissioning using configuration and commissioning tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic HVAC mechanical, electrical, and control problems
• Respond to basic warranty calls
• Load system-level controller software and perform basic commissioning and system diagnostics from system-level controllers to end devices
• Complete all required commissioning documentation
• Complete administrative tasks including time sheets, expense reports, and on-site documentation

Requirements

• Demonstrated technical aptitude
• Ability to use hand and power tools (i.e., drills, saws, etc.)
• Basic computer skills required
• Attention to detail
• Effective communication and listening skills
