Select Air is seeking motivated, hard workers to work in a booming industry. We build beautiful custom homes throughout the Treasure Valley and are looking for more members for our team. Select Air has been working in the valley since 2014 and provides a variety of services for homeowners and contractors alike. This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the HVAC field. Some experience is required, but we are open to applicants who may be just entering the workforce or returning with limited experience and education. The role involves working directly on HVAC systems in custom homes, ensuring that installations and repairs are completed to the highest standards. Candidates must have a clean driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems in residential properties according to specifications.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners and contractors regarding project details and timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Document work performed and materials used for each job.
Requirements
- Some experience in HVAC installation or maintenance is preferred.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Reliable transportation to job sites is necessary.
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.

- Experience with custom home installations is a plus.
