About The Position
Are you an HVAC Professional looking for a fulfilling career featuring hands-on work? Our Facilities Management (FM) at CU Boulder encourages applications for a HVAC Technician! This work unit is responsible for the installation, repair, maintenance, modification and operation of the Campus's heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and building automation systems (BAS) in academic buildings. Most of the Campus's building HVAC systems or components are controlled and monitored by the BAS. The BAS is a computerized network of direct digital controls (DDC) that monitors and operates the HVAC systems. This position will provide analysis, repair, maintenance and operational management of the HVAC and BAS systems within the University's academic buildings. This position is not required to upsell services or equipment.
