About the position

Lee Company is seeking skilled Commercial HVAC Technicians to join their team in Middle Tennessee. The role involves providing exceptional service in the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of various commercial HVAC equipment. Opportunities are available in Maintenance, Service, or Install, with both site-based and truck-based positions offered. Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment including boilers, chillers, and refrigeration systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service during all service calls and installations.
• Work with various types of commercial HVAC systems ranging from 1-25 tons and 25-80 tons.
• Handle DOAS equipment, water source equipment, cooling towers, and VRF equipment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial HVAC installation and maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems effectively.
• Valid trade license or willingness to obtain one through company training.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with commercial refrigeration systems.
• Familiarity with energy-efficient HVAC technologies.
