About the position

AAA Construction and Maintenance is seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team in Oklahoma City. The role involves servicing, diagnosing, and resolving issues in residential HVAC systems while following specific protocols at job sites. Technicians will be responsible for completing daily routes and must be adaptable to changes in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation tasks.
• Complete daily routes and follow specific protocols at all job sites.
• Install, repair, and maintain all aspects of properties.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot various issues related to HVAC.
• Communicate effectively with clients, management, and team members.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service and installations for residential systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to work six days a week and flexibility towards daily changes and updates.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
