Actalent is seeking a full-time Civil Engineer/Designer to join our Landenberg-based civil engineering firm, focusing on projects primarily in Delaware and Pennsylvania. This role is integral to our operations, as it involves the design and preparation of site plans that are essential for municipal approval. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing post-construction stormwater management facilities, which are critical for environmental compliance and sustainability. Additionally, the Civil Engineer/Designer will coordinate applications with clients and consultants, ensuring that all necessary documentation is submitted accurately and on time. A significant part of the role will also involve reviewing subdivision and land development plans to ensure compliance with municipal regulations, which requires a strong attention to detail and a thorough understanding of local laws and standards. The position offers a hybrid work setup, allowing for three days of onsite work in Landenberg, PA, and two days of remote work from home. This flexibility is designed to accommodate the needs of our employees while ensuring that project deadlines and quality standards are met.
