About the position
We are a thriving and growing cannabis retail brand with several locations across Southern California, and we are currently seeking Delivery Drivers for our North Hollywood location. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of the expanding cannabis industry, where you will play a crucial role in delivering products to our customers while also serving as a Budtender. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, retail, or delivery, and while cannabis knowledge is a plus, it is not a requirement. We value customer service skills and a positive attitude, as you will be interacting with our customers and ensuring they have a pleasant experience with our brand. As a Delivery Driver/Budtender, you will be responsible for delivering cannabis products to customers in a timely and professional manner. You will also assist customers in-store, providing them with information about our products and helping them make informed choices. This role requires a clean driving record, a valid U.S. driver's license, and a reliable vehicle equipped with a locking trunk or trunk cover. You will be expected to work flexible hours, with delivery shifts running from 10 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy a dynamic work environment and are eager to contribute to a growing industry. In addition to the competitive hourly wage of $17.28, you can expect to earn tips, which average an additional $7 to $10 per hour. Responsibilities
- Deliver cannabis products to customers in a timely manner.
- Assist customers in-store as a Budtender, providing product information and recommendations.
- Maintain a clean driving record and ensure vehicle is in good working condition.
- Adhere to all local and state regulations regarding cannabis delivery and sales.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Clean driving record and valid U.S. driver's license.
- Clean criminal record and valid vehicle registration.
- Valid auto insurance policy and reliable vehicle with a locking trunk/trunk cover.
- Work authorization for the U.S.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality.
- Delivery experience preferred, especially in cannabis or similar industries.
