About the position

The Hybrid Designer, Sr/Video Editor at Williams Lea is responsible for conceptualizing and producing a variety of marketing and sales collateral, including video editing and multimedia campaigns. This role requires collaboration with clients and project management teams to understand business needs and deliver visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines. The position emphasizes creativity, quality assurance, and mentoring team members while ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and produce online and offline collateral for marketing and sales, including video editing and original campaigns.
  • Work closely with clients and/or project management teams to understand the client's business needs.
  • Formulate forward-thinking concepts and render designs for multimedia campaigns while elevating the client's brand.
  • Responsible for the design and production of a diverse range of graphic, print, and digital media collateral to support client needs.
  • Develop comprehensive multimedia campaigns and identify innovative design solutions.
  • Understand the restrictions and limitations of the design deliverable process and manage client expectations.
  • Ensure brand consistency while offering a fresh approach to design and artwork.
  • Provide effective visual solutions by executing client creative requests and projects.
  • Ensure all work is visually appealing and created to specification, maintaining high standards and brand guidelines.
  • Work independently and serve as a mentor and resource to team members.
  • Perform Quality Assurance on own and work of others.
  • Interact with clients in person, over the phone, or electronically.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Arts/Graphic Design or equivalent years of experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the graphic design industry.
  • Experience in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Proven skills in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional visual troubleshooting skills and strong understanding of layout principles, aesthetic design concepts, and typography.
  • Proven experience creating campaigns and integrating them into various marketing materials.
  • Strong verbal communication skills; dependable, detail-oriented, and well organized.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
