The Hybrid Development Representative (HDR) is responsible for generating quality sales opportunities for Toast Account Executives by performing outreach to prospective restaurants. This role involves a mix of warm and cold calls, emails, and social media interactions to engage restaurant owners and assess their fit for Toast's services. HDRs will initially engage in various pipeline generation activities and are expected to specialize into dedicated XDR positions such as Account Development Representative (ADR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), or Business Development Representative (BDR) based on their performance.
