About the position
The EVV Program Analyst position at the State of Ohio is focused on supporting the operations of the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) program within the Bureau of Program Integrity. This role involves training providers, troubleshooting issues related to claims validation, conducting site visits, and preparing reports and data analysis to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Help with training of providers to ensure their EVV status aligns with claims validation requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve EVV/claims validation and related payment issues.
- Conduct site visits to assist in training providers and resolving EVV/claims issues.
- Assist EVV compliance staff with program oversight as needed.
- Assist with the live-in caregiver exemption process as needed.
- Prepare reports and conduct data analysis as requested by management and leadership.
- Research and respond to program inquiries.
- Log data as needed for program operations.
Requirements
- Completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, social or behavioral science, health or statistics.
- 12 months of experience specific to the subject area or equivalent qualifications.
