Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

• Conduct investigations into employee complaints or violations of company policies
• Assist in data collection and analysis for HR metrics and reporting
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records and files
• Assist in talent acquisition processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
• Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding processes
• Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
• Assist with talent management initiatives, such as performance management and succession planning

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of employee relations principles and practices
• Proficient in data collection and analysis techniques
• Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail
• Experience in talent acquisition processes, including sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Familiarity with benefits administration systems (e.g., Paychex)

• Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Oracle) for data management and reporting purposes
