About the position

The Inside Sales Account Representative at USABlueBook, a division of HD Supply, is responsible for managing and growing an established book of business. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers and influencers in various companies, facilitating the sales process, and providing excellent customer service. The position is hybrid, based in Waukegan, IL, and requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience in B2B sales.

Responsibilities

  • Prospects for new sales opportunities via outbound calling and emailing.
  • Facilitates the sales process through project management, tracking open sales orders, issue resolution, and overall customer service and support.
  • Generates profitable growth through quota attainment.
  • Provides product pricing by consulting the pricing matrix and other resources to determine the appropriate price.
  • Develops code directives for certain products while maintaining target margin goals.
  • Performs estimating, take-off, and proposal duties as necessary.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales or related area.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • B2B sales experience.
