Responsibilities

• Oversee cost points ranging from 50 to 150 per project utilizing manufacturing experience.
• Assess costs and streamline processes through comprehensive product knowledge.
• Manage high-volume manufacturing operations, ensuring precision in the handling of over 1000 parts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cost analysis into project planning and execution.
• Enhance financial reporting and analysis capabilities using expertise in Oracle and JD Edwards.
• Facilitate smooth transitions in processes and systems, demonstrating proactive change management.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets, identifying trends and insights from up to 1,000 line items.
• Utilize VBA programming to automate tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
• Adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost engineering or related roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Oracle cloud and/or JD Edwards preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative approach.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, including VBA programming.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
